As a young driver I’ve had lots of trouble finding a policy that works for me. Both Sarah M. and Daniel S. went out of their way to help and guide me through the process. I definitely recommend calling and asking for either of these two agents. They'll help you out to the best of their ability.

I have worked with many insurance companies over the years, and this branch of Allstate is by far the best! The office manager at this location, Lauren Jimenez, provides customer service that is second to none, which is so rare these days. That alone is the reason I don't shop around for cheaper insurance. I strongly recommend using Joshua Chandler's office for all of your insurance needs!

Great service. Been with allstate for my motorcycles for almost 5 years.

Very pleased! Nicole is making sure my lost reimbursement check gets to me. It was sent to Safelite. She took action and called Safelite to find out what happened and to let them know an error had been made. She followed up with a phone call to me later to let me know another check is on the way to me this time. Her coworker in the office behind the window helped her do this. They were both very helpful and pleasant. I took them both flowers, because I had such a good feeling about them!

Nicole went above and beyond in a thorough explanation of the rate increase. Even through my frustration she was patient and kind. She is a great asset to your company. Please do her the gratitude and give her a raise!!
