Tayaib “Tibby” Syed grew up in Santa Clara, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley, and studied Psychology and Business Management in college. He has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, working specifically with Allstate, and brings a passion for mentoring and developing sales talent. As Sales Manager, Tibby thrives on guiding each salesperson, helping them build the mindset and skills to succeed—providing the support and guidance he wishes he had earlier in his career. Outside of work, he enjoys technology, video games, and regular exercise, and is also a talented ceramics creator. When he’s not at the office, Tibby loves spending weekends at home or outdoors with his family.
