Tisha Shaffer grew up in Sacramento/Elk Grove, California, where she has lived within five miles of her hometown for most of her life. With 15 years of experience at Allstate, she has managed multiple locations and teams of up to 20 employees. Today, Tisha focuses on compliance, customer relations, and retention, with a passion for educating clients about their coverage and helping them make informed decisions. Tisha values building genuine connections with customers, showing empathy, and ensuring each person feels heard—believing that these relationships make all the difference during challenging times. Outside of work, she enjoys nature, weekends at the beach or mountains, spoiling her grandson, and serving in her church. She also has a lifelong love for soccer, having coached her four daughters, served on local boards, and managed competitive teams.
